Where Focus Goes, Energy Flows: How Intention Creates Real-Life Magic

Where focus goes, energy flows.
— Tony Robbins

Is it really worth the effort?

With so many articles and inspirational posts floating around the internet about this famous Tony Robbins quote, I decided to put it to the test myself — not in theory, but in real life. What I know from experience is this: when I devote my time, energy, and intention to a project, things shift. Results happen. Magic unfolds.

One of my favourite examples happened about ten years ago when I sold my home. I had just finished a renovation and hoped for a strong return, even though the asking price was far above the comps my real estate agent suggested. So, I pulled out every stop.

I buried a statue of St. Joseph and faithfully prayed the Novena. I staged every single space with intention. With my design background, I created an environment that allowed anyone who walked through the door to see themselves living there. The home felt warm, inviting, aligned — and yes, spotless (my kids definitely did not love that part).

And then came the magic:
The house sold for full asking price to the very first people who walked in on the very first day.

Totally unheard of at the time.
Fast forward to now.

Recently, I’ve been pouring focused intention into growing my intuitive energy healing business. I devoted my heart, my creativity, and my energy into expanding what I offer. I hired an incredible social media manager who turns my awkward videos into posts people actually enjoy watching. I wanted more people to know who I am, what I do, and how I can support their healing journey. More visibility means more aligned clients. More aligned clients means deeper impact.

So again, I focused on calling in my ideal clients — lots of them.

I incorporated prayer.
I practiced my favorite visual spiritual marketing meditation where I speak to the souls of the people on this planet who need my work. I share who I am, how I help, and even what I charge. I imagine some souls drifting away because the work isn’t for them, but others staying… listening… resonating.

Consistent and focused meditation has grounded me. It’s kept me centered. I replaced senseless scrolling with intentional daydreaming — the kind of inner visioning that actually creates momentum. I also enrolled in a six-month certified coaching program to bring a deeper dimension to my offerings. I absolutely love what I’m learning. It scares me, inspires me, stretches me, and makes me think in the best ways possible.

And once again…

Here is the magic:
I’m attracting the most aligned, incredible, ideal clients — and my social media views are rising in ways I’ve never seen before.

So, is it worth the effort?
Absolutely. Heck ya.

Where focus goes, energy truly flows — and when you pair intention with aligned action, miracles unfold.

If you’re ready to experience your own transformation, deepen your healing, or attract more aligned energy into your life, I’d love to support you.
