One-on-one intuitive energy healing sessions are a holistic approach that work with the body’s energy systems to uncover and identify where your body is holding stress, trauma, or blocked energy.

During a session, we’ll explore your symptoms and work together to trace their root causes. This process supports clarity, balance, and transformation on a deep level.

Coaching

One-on-one coaching sessions are designed for those who want to go deeper into self-discovery and growth. Using intuitive guidance alongside coaching principles, we’ll look at the root causes of emotional and energetic blocks that may be holding you back.

Together, we’ll uncover limiting beliefs, explore the mind-body connection, and create meaningful shifts that support lasting change. This is a collaborative process where you’re guided but also empowered to do the work yourself.

8-Week
Transformational Journey

The 8-Week Transformational Journey is a step-by-step program designed to help you reconnect with yourself and create meaningful, lasting change. Each week builds on the last, guiding you through energy practices that bring more balance and alignment into your life.

Over the course of eight weeks, you’ll explore the chakra system, learn meditation and relaxation techniques, experience guided practices, and begin to tap into the power of manifesting. This journey is about more than knowledge — it’s about integrating these tools into your daily life.

By the end of the program, you’ll feel more grounded, connected, and resilient. You’ll walk away with both insight and practical techniques to continue your healing path long after the journey ends.

  • At the start of each session, Julie takes time to talk with you about what brought you in. She explains how the body can hold stress, trauma, and emotions — and how this may contribute to chronic symptoms you may be experiencing. Having that understanding helps you feel more informed and in control of what’s happening. In a  60-minute session—about 45 to 50 minutes—is dedicated to that conversation and intuitive guidance…
    and then in the final 10 to 15 minutes, Julie sends distance healing to support the integration of everything we’ve uncovered.

    Julie’s intention, is to hold space for you, where you will gain clarity and understanding and feel better.

  • Every client’s experience is unique. Some describe warmth, tingling, or gentle waves of energy. Others see colors, become emotional, or simply feel deeply relaxed. Some may not notice much during the session but later feel lighter or more at ease. All of these responses are completely normal.

  • Yes! Many clients actually find distance sessions more comfortable since they’re in their own environment. Julie has performed countless virtual sessions with powerful results. Sometimes the effects are felt right away, and other times a few hours after the session.

  • You don’t have to “believe” in a certain way, but being open to the possibility is important. When we allow energy to flow, meaningful shifts can happen. If we resist or close ourselves off, it’s like holding up an umbrella to block the rain.

  • Both work with Universal Life Force Energy—what many people call chi.

    In both methods, attunements are used to open and strengthen the flow of that energy.

    But from there, they’re actually quite different.

    Reiki works with specific symbols to guide the energy…
    whereas Intuitive Energy Healing is led by intention—
    with the understanding that the Universe rewards informed asking.

    It also involves intuitive channeling, where Julie receives insight from her spirit, her guides, and her client’s spirit to better understand what’s really going on beneath the surface.

  • No. Energy healing is gentle and safe. Sessions are designed to relax the body, release stress, and support overall well-being.
    you may develop clearing symptoms – for example, old memories may surface, you may experience nasal congestion, and very rarely, a fever. This means there was huge energy shift! It may not feel comfortable, but it is a good thing.

    Make time for reflection and selfcare. Consider walking in nature, journalling, or giving yourself permission to daydream. Drink plenty of water, get extra rest, and if required, take a fever-reducing medicine.
