Julie Rea Healing ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website juliereahealing.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or book a session, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We keep this simple on purpose. This site does not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or social media tracking tools, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

  • Booking information — the service you select, your preferred date and time, and any notes or questions you include with your request.

  • Information you share during our work together — anything you tell us before, during, or after a session.

You are never required to share more than you are comfortable sharing.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, see, or store your full credit or debit card number. Stripe handles that directly.

To protect against fraud and unauthorized transactions, Stripe's payment technology loads on our booking and payment pages and collects technical information about your device and browser, including your IP address and device characteristics. This is a standard security measure used to verify that a payment is legitimate. It is not used for advertising, and we do not receive this information ourselves.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs — your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser.

Our site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any cookies that track you across other websites. Cookies set on our booking and payment pages come from Stripe and support payment security and fraud prevention, as described above.

  • Schedule, confirm, and deliver your sessions

We will not add you to a mailing list without your permission, and every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

We share information only with the service providers we need to run the practice, and only to the extent required to do their job:

  • Stripe — payment processing

  • Acuity: Scheduling — appointment booking and reminders

  • Google — sending and receiving email

  • Zoom — hosting remote sessions

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety and rights of ourselves or others.

Confidentiality of your sessions

What you share in a session stays between us. We do not discuss the content of your sessions with anyone, and we do not use your story or your words publicly without your written permission.

Testimonials appear on this site only where the person has given permission to share them.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and booking records for as long as you are an active client and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can pick up where we left off if you return. Payment records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

  • Correct anything that is inaccurate

  • Ask us to delete your information

  • Unsubscribe from any emails
